An iPhone app blocker with a habit first
Pick an app you open without thinking. Give a small habit the chance to come first.
How protection works
Grant Screen Time permission during setup, select apps in Apple’s picker, and create a rule. While protection is active, Apple shows a shield over the selected apps. Return to Habit Protector, finish the required habit, and receive the access your rule allows.
You choose the goal and timing. Start a session now, use a recurring schedule, or protect around the clock. Emergency Access is available when you need a local pause.
Your app selection stays local
Apple represents your selection with private Screen Time tokens. Habit Protector does not need the names of your selected apps to share a rule. Select apps separately on each device when using Pro sync.
Choose a habit that fits
Built-in options include guided breathing, grounding, reflection, and movement where supported. Optional workout verification uses Apple Health permission. You can choose another habit if you do not want health access.
Offline after setup
You can create a local plan without an account. Built-in habits and local protection work without an internet connection. Initial installation, sign-in, purchases, and cross-device sync require a connection.
